Humanoid Species

Legend
The main thing to remember is that the races in the world are all humans, the terms are just adopted from ancient folklore and their appearances and attributes are actually the result of both mass amounts of radiation from before the Aeon war and magic used during the war.

Humans

Humans are the dominant race in Solivity, they control the most territory as well as have the largest numbers. They mainly hail from Ra’Isha one of the biggest countries within Solivity. Their physiology has changed substantially since the start of the Aeon War, a typical human is between 5’5 and 5’11. Magic and radiation both being very volatile forces combined affected humans in various ways over the years as well as depending on their location. Different areas would have been more exposed or less exposed to radiation depending on the area. More people up north have far weaker lungs do to them being close to some very heavily affected areas. They also are much larger than most people to help them adapt to the harsher winters they experience.
The Desolate Lands was and still is a hot spot for radiation and many people don't live long in there but there is a rumor of groups living in the mountains there, they don't tend to live long but have found ways to use and adapt the radiation. It's kinda a form of magic. Farther South into the continent in the middle you tend to find less amounts of residual radiation but it still had its effects on the people's life spans aren't as long as before the war, the effect of magic on all people kind of boosted the ageing process speed meaning people will age at a slightly faster rate its helped them especially since the average lifespan in a world with limited medicine is shorter.
The southernmost parts of the continent contain vast jungles and flora as a result of this radiation thus it's sort of counter balanced here. In these areas humans are most like they were before the bombs dropped.
Speaking of the Southern portion of the continent, time to segway

Elves

Elves living in the South and contrary to most views of them they have more in common with humans than anyone. Elves aren't a different species but an offshoot of humans, the initial effects of radiation affected them I'm some more drastic ways, the radiation caused their skin pigments to change and gave them a strange bone structure, they became smaller than the average human height, and much lighter, their bones become more brittle meaning their bodies had to be lighter, hence the slender frames they tend to adopt. Being very nomadic and passive people this became a great advantage to them in the forests that inhabit their homeland. They're able to move quickly through the woods and stay silent when needed. This also makes them naturally very skilled assassins, although all elves would rather die a thousand times over than kill someone unless it's the final straw for self defense.
Naturally they're very in-tune with nature and especially Terra drawing, there are quite a many elves located at the academy as they tend to be very skilled sorcerers. Most are outcasts from their society however for wanting to practice violence, some just for not fitting the norm.
Bottom of the line elves tend to be very giving nomads, if you ever are journeying and need a safe place to sleep just come across an Elven convoy or settlement and they'll let you sleep the night.

Dwarves

The Dwarves inhabit and guard the Northern Pass, a land which connects Ra’Isha to the swest of Rathak. The Northern Pass is a mountainous land which has a very large valley hidden somewhere inside. They have built a large civilization in the valley which spans inside the mountains.
Contrary to most men's belief the Dwarves aren't small blustering drunks who think of nothing but ale and rocks. They are actually a quite advanced society mainly due to the lack of alcohol consumption.
Dwarves are another evolutionary offshoot of humans, the area their ancestors lived forced them into caves to survive, harsh weather and infighting meant building houses and cities was out of the question, they needed somewhere that could be easily held and not destroyed. This meant they naturally shrunk in stature to fit inside these areas as well as developed a heightened eyesight and smell for the new environment. Because of this it has affected Dwarves who spend more time in the mines and caves with worse eyesight and more sensitive skin to sunlight. If you're from a miner clan and your ancestors were all born and raised in the mines you'll likely also suffer these shortcomings, but you'll be able to see in darkness better than surfacers.
Dwarven society is very discriminatory to other races/peoples, they betheir advances make them better than everyone else.
Naturally all Dwarves have incredibly thick skin, arrows won't usually penetrate if shot at a distance but will give a mighty fine bruise.
